“This is not red, this is Thalys,” dared Olivier Poitrenaud – general director of Thalys – in his speech, taking inspiration from Magritte.
It was in Brussels that the new train livery, the result of an interior and exterior renovation, was presented to some 500 guests.
Transformed into a gigantic performance hall, the TGV maintenance depot hosted an amboyant show: clowns, dancers, acrobats and fire magicians paved the way for the new Thalys.
This is called rolling out the red carpet!
